Jury Wardrobe Coordination is Justice Denied

I still haven't figured out if T&A Lady is serving on the Scooter Libby jury, but if she is, I hope that's her on the end, wearing black. Because it is SO corny for the rest of the jury to wear red on Valentine's Day, together and in solidarity for (what exactly?). T&A Lady, why did you hold out? The corniness? Or do you see a mistrial coming that you can't avert?

according to the internets, the lame-ass shirt holdout is/was some sort of health care manager or some shit. Unless T&A Lady shifted career gears, i don't think its her.

In my experience, juries create pretty strange dynamics and results. not really unexpected strange, more like strange in the way that mushrooms seem to spontaneously grow on a pile of shit if it's kept in the dark. and moist.

Alas, no, that would be awesome, but it's not me. However, my coworker got a summons for a really long trial which was probably Libby's, but she didn't figure it out until she'd already weaseled her way out of it. I kind of think that the reason the pool had an unusual number of white people and journalist types with "connections" is because they figured out which trial it was (based on the timing, the length of the predicted trial, etc.), and decided not to try to get out of it.
