Crimefighter Update 1

Every house on the street, plus all the houses on the street perpendicular to ours, have received my wack little flyer, both under their doormat and via email, if they are on our street listserv. Here's the tally of reactions:

Number of flyers posted in cars, including mine: 2

Number of calls from neighbors with questions, including the guy who was angry that the can men steal his recycling and that another neighbor called the police because his van was perpetually full of hoarded recycling: 1

Number of run-ins with bemused neighbors who are quasi-thankful for my efforts: 5
