I heard that story this morning, right after a California report about the current craziness from the Berkeley city council (the marine recruiting center letter). No wonder so many people in the rest of the country think California is nuts.

sorry, what's wrong with solar energy guy? Why is he an 'imbecile'? Having not seen the site, the judge's solution seems reasonable to me..
