I read it, and I can't for the life of me figure out why this is interesting or why I should care about any of it. Is the take-away that David Lat applied for but didn't get a clerkship on the Supreme Court (and that tidbit itself is somehow interesting, for it warranted mention twice?) or that he worked at Wachtell? Lawyers: blech. Present company excluded, of course. hed
